Starr Educational Services is one of the oldest educational consulting services in Korea.
We are a family run business founded in 1989. Catherine and Yung Oh developed the philosophy of
Starr Educational Services, which emphasizes the fact that clients are a member of the Starr
Educational Services family. This philosophy has been passed down to the new generation of Starr
Educational Services’ executive staff. Gerald Oh and Nohmi Bae have worked hard to preserve the
legacy of family like services that Starr has achieved for the past 30 years.
Starr Educational Services’ philosophy is to educate the whole student intellectually and
emotionally during these formative years. We try to match students with schools that fit each individual
student appropriately.
We are proud to bring the finest and most competent services to our clientele, and we hope this introduction

유학 초창기인 1989년 대치동에서 25년 동안 학생들의 가장 적합한 교육 방향을 고민하며 헌신하셨던
오영 (Yung Oh) 대표님과 오명순(Catherine M. Oh) 원장님의 아들인 오승찬(Gerald Y. Oh) 대표님은
미국 학교 관계자들과 의사 소통하며 현장에서 실무를 담당했습니다. 저희 부부는 2018년에 분당 정자동으로
본점을 이전하면서 “유학의 꿈을 이뤄주는 가족주의 유학원” 운영방침을 그대로 고수하며 학부모님들과 만나고자 합니다.
더 나은 교육 환경을 제공하고자 하는 부모님들의 후원과 스타유학원의 학생 개개인의 특성에 맞춘 서비스가 만나
